Payment Authorization
Standard billing terms governing order authorization and supported channels:
Supported Channels: We accept Instant EFT, PayShap, and In-Store Cash/Card payments at participating retail partners.
Upfront Settlement: Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed cleared by our banking partners.
Currency: All transactions are billed in South African Rands (ZAR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
Fulfillment Terms

Direct Top-Up: Data bundles are credited to the target mobile number within 30 minutes of payment clearance.
SMS Vouchers: Digital voucher pins are dispatched via SMS to your mobile number within 30 minutes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Guarantees protecting your purchase against errors or unfulfilled vouchers:
30-Day Money Back: Full money-back guarantee available for fulfilled orders experiencing technical defects.
24-Hour Cancellation: Request a full refund within 24 hours if the digital voucher has not yet been loaded to a number.
